Music Video.
The film is based on Stefano Giannotti's solo performance PRIME ALI (1983/93), a sound - visual poem representing four phases in a butterfly's cycle: portrait, life, death, portrait. The piece is performed in a beautiful forest landscape in Gattaiola, a small village near Lucca (Toscana) where the author lives.
